Acceptance of abstracts
Authors will be notified by mail of acceptance of their abstract and the type of presentation (oral or poster) on June 16, 2025.
Short talks and oral presentations
There will be 10 slots for short talks and 18 slots for oral presentations. The time limit for oral contributions will be exactly 10 minutes for short talks and 20 minutes for oral presentations, including discussion.
Posters presentations
Posters will be presented during the 3 days. Please bring a poster with the size of DIN A0 (approx. 85cm x120cm portrait format).
